What can go wrong with a range?
Perhaps your oven is not heating properly or your gas range will ignite, but not light. Sometimes the element on your electric range will not heat or keep proper temperature. There are other issues that can go wrong with your range and a technician will need to diagnose the problem in order to provide the proper repair.
What is the process for an appliance repair from beginning to end?
To set up an appointment, contact us here or call (719) 426-0588. We will need your address for routing, your name and contact phone number, and the model # of the unit to ensure that the technician arrives prepared. We will ask for a brief description of the problem and schedule an appointment time convenient for you.
What should I expect from a service call?
At time of arrival, the technician will diagnose the problem and inform you of the cost and what is involved in the repair. If you wish to proceed, the diagnostic fee of $90 will be applied toward the repair. The repair will be completed at the initial visit unless parts need to be ordered and another appointment scheduled.
