What can go wrong with a built in oven?
Built in ovens can be problematic if they are not heating properly. Often, when setting the oven to the “cleaning cycle,” the door will lock and will remain locked and cannot be used until it is repaired. For gas ovens, the bake or broil ignitor can malfunction and with electric ovens, the elements may need to be replaced. A technician will need to diagnose the problem in order to provide the proper repair.
What is the process for an appliance repair from beginning to end?

We will need your address for routing, your name and contact phone number, and the model # of the unit to ensure that the technician arrives prepared. We will ask for a brief description of the problem and schedule an appointment time convenient for you.
What should I expect from a service call?
At time of arrival, the technician will diagnose the problem and inform you of the cost and what is involved in the repair. If you wish to proceed, the diagnostic fee of $90 will be applied toward the repair. The repair will be completed at the initial visit unless parts need to be ordered and another appointment scheduled.
